Cowabunga, dude! This amazing building block playset, was a big competitor to Lego in the 90s here in Scandinavia, because they had licenses for awesome IPs like Nintendo and TMNT. Released exclusively in Europe! Condtion: Good. We think it’s complete, but it’s impossible to know because these sets came without a manual. We’ve tried counting the pieces, and there’s more than there should be, but all the major blocks and characters are there. One side of the box has a mark (see pictures).
