One of the first figures, from the Y2K reboot of the TMNT! Collector's initially hated it (and still do), but a lot of kids grew up with this who're adults now... so I guess they're collectible now? Get them before the prices inevitably explode. Condition : Okay, new in unopened packaging! Unfortunately has some water damage on the top.
