TVC Mimban Stormtrooper. Excellent details in sculpt and factory weathering on this figure. The soft good poncho leaves a little to be desired but could be a fun DIY project! Also really like the metallic weathered look they gave the weapons here, HUGE upgrade from the solid black ones
