The story behind this figure is something else. I follow Daniel Logan on Instagram and he has a group on Facebook called Bounty Boxes. He has special raffles where he will give out things from his personal collection. The raffles are for anything from vintage action figures to signed Boba Fett memorabilia. This was a bonus spin that was done when he was giving away an EFX Boba Fett Helmet that came with a plaque that was signed by the six remaining people who played Boba Fett in the Star Wars films. While I didn't win the helmet, I did get this wonderful figure. Originally available in 2003 at a select few conventions in North America, this exclusive figure is molded on the Power of the Jedi lineup and carded as a convention exclusive. It also is signed by Daniel, himself. On the back of the card it has the following: "More than 25 years after we first saw the Star Destroyer enter the screen at the beginning of A New Hope, Star Wars continues to both inspire and entertain. Much more than just a series of films, Star Wars is a total experience. Essential components of that experience are the toys that we grew (and continue to grow) up with and the sense of community that brings us together to discuss, debate, and share all things Star Wars. It is with respect to the heritage of that experience that Hasbro offers this limited action figure. It was created especially for a limited series of 2003 conventions to celebrate the dedication and enthusiasm of the fan community."
