”Freaks” is an enjoyable scifi thriller with an interesting premise and a strong cast. I really liked the first act where the story keeps you guessing on what’s actually going on but it definitely loses some of its charm towards the end. There’s plenty of good ideas in this film, the visuals are on point and it has an engaging atmosphere but at the same time there’s just something missing.
