1970's Lesney Matchbox COSMOBILE

In my experience it’s rare to go to a Toy/Collector’s Fair and find exactly what you’re looking for. Luckily, yesterday, I did. This is one of two minty ‘70s that I found. In fact this was on the first stall I visited. Made in England by All metal and date stamped 1975, the awesome retro-future stylings of this COSMOBILE really are the shit. And how sweet is the box art? Try as they may, Mattel cannot replicate this artwork in their modern packaging. Love it
