1992 G.I. Joe Chinese Variant Cobra Commander

Successfully hunted and caught! The figure was released in China in 1992 and is identical to the domestic U.S. release except that the date stamp on the figure says "Made in China" instead of Hong Kong. The accessories are different from the domestic release. Packaging was MOC with an unblemished Commander inside. Thoughts?
