Serenity (Blu-ray + 4K UHD)

So I was feeling a little nostalgic today (as usual! 😁), and I suddenly had the urge to watch something shiny. And their ain’t nothin’ shinier in the verse than this here 4K presentation of the epic conclusion to Joss Whedon’s cult classic Firefly. Easily one of my favorite shows of all time, Serenity is a fittingly high stakes, emotional, all around action packed cap off that works both as a stand-alone film, and the much needed conclusion to the story of these characters I loved so much. While Firefly didn’t reach the heights it should have given its premature end, and I would love to see more in any way, shape, or form, I’m satisfied if this ends up being the end. The film looks jaw dropping gorgeous in 4K, which is awesome given this may be the only two hours we get in this universe. Any other fans? Would you want more Firefly despite some of the original cast being absent? Let me know below!
