“POISON, DROWNING, CLAW OR KNIFE, SO MANY WAYS TO TAKE A LIFE...” Hey all!!! Hope everyone’s having a killer Wednesday. First up on my contributions to we have one of my favorite modern entries in the genre, Truck R Treat. For reasons that are totally alien to me this seems to divide a lot of horror fans, but I was an instant fan through and through. Like a lot of the best horror anthologies, this one has a spicy variety of stories and tricks up its sleeve that make it extremely watchable on repeat viewings. Clever tales, style dripping from every frame, an instantly iconic mascot... this one has got it all!!! I’m pretty baffled that this one didn’t take off and become a series, as it definitely deserves at least one more followup. Maybe we will get it in 20 years ala Tales From the Hood? We can only hope. Any other fans? @shoutfactory
