All right, here we go again! As you can see, I’m a pretty huge fan of the Terminator franchise. Like many out there, my first exposure to the series and still the majority of fans favorite entry, the 90’s action sci-fi classic Terminator 2: Judgement Day. It was followed soon by the classic cyber slasher original The Terminator, another all time favorite. Unlike many, I’m actually a pretty massive fan of the entire series, particularly the underrated Terminator Salvation and the criminally short lived Sarah Connor Chronicles (WE CAN STILL GET A THIRD SEASON, IT’S TIME TRAVEL STUFF!!!). Even Rise of the Machines and Genisys had a lot to love, taken at face value divorced from the classic first two entries. So, all in all I fully expect to enjoy Dark Fate, and it’s place as a direct sequel to the classics is obviously another huge selling point. From what I’ve heard, despite the lackluster box office, those that were willing to risk being burned by the nuclear fires Skynet one last time tended to enjoy it quite a lot.
