Kickboxer Collection (Blu-ray)

All right, next up on the menu is some old school martial arts action goodness from the one and only Muscles From Brussels, Jean-Claude Van Damme! The original Kickboxer is an all time, infinitely watchable childhood favorite of mine, and it may be in the top ten list of most watched films, top 15 for sure. I would watch it every single opportunity I could, and it never gets old. I also grew up equally in love with the Sasha Mitchell fronted sequels 2-4, and the excellent one off Redemption, starring the always fantastic Mark Dacascos. I wish those films would receive a bluray release, maybe a couple of multi packs by MVD Rewind? The series was rebooted in 2015 with Jean-Claude returning in a mentoring capacity to a newly cast David Sloane. There’s two films at the moment, with a third apparently in production. I haven’t watched them yet, but I’ve actually heard surprisingly good things. I should knock them out soon! Any fans of the Kickboxer films?
