Just finished watching "Chill Factor". Disposable but fairly entertaining late 90's action thriller. The plotline is basically imitating "Speed" and it actually works pretty well. There's a fair amount of tension and fun action scenes and the chemistry between Skeet Ulrich and Cuba Gooding Jr. adds a nice bit of humor to the mix.
