In this sequel to the original 101 Dalmatians, we find Patch. Feeling as if he is lost in a sea of spots, he longs to be a one-of-a-kind wonder dog like his hero, Thunderbolt. When he learns of a chance to go to London and meet his hero, he soon finds out it will conflict with the family's move to the Dalmatian Plantation. Patch watches his hopes and dreams of meeting his hero fade away until he is accidentally left behind. Will he be able to find his family? Will he ever meet his hero?
