Pokemon #04 Charmander Electronic Voice - Hasbro 1999 - Med Box

Pokemon #04 Charmander Electronic Voice - Hasbro 1999 - With Box. Not sure if it’s been removed from box but it doesn’t appear to be. I did not take it out but looks clean to have been previously removed. See pics to judge for yourself.
