Just rewatched ”Escape from L.A.”. John Carpenter’s sequel to his 1981 classic is definitely bigger and more over the top but not as captivating as the original. There’s a whole bunch of fun moments and cool action scenes but the story doesen’t have the same charisma we saw in ”Escape from New York”. I also wish they didn’t use so much CGI as some of it looks really dated even by mid 90’s standards. It’s not a classic but most certainly worth checking out. I’m still keeping my hopes up for a sequel with Kurt Russell returning as Snake Plissken!😊 Finita di riguardarlo ”Escape from L.A.”.
