How shipping works on Golisto

You purchase an item
After checkout, your seller is notified immediately and receives a pre-paid shipping label generated by Golisto.

The seller ships
The seller packs your item and drops it off. Tracking begins the moment the parcel is scanned by the carrier.

You track your delivery
Follow your shipment live from the purchases section in your Golisto account.

Confirm receipt
When your item arrives, confirm delivery in the app. Once confirmed, the seller's payment is released.

Golisto integrates with DAO, PostNord, GLS, and DHL. The carrier is selected automatically based on parcel weight, size, and destination.

How items should be packaged

Sellers are responsible for packaging items securely. Golisto recommends bubble wrap for cartridges, double-boxing for boxed items, and rigid cardboard protection for manuals.
