With Golisto's seller protection you can feel 100% safe when you're selling collectibles on Golisto.

That's why it is important to complete the trade in-app, otherwise you won't be eligible for our seller protection.

How does Golisto's trade system work?

When Golisto's secure trade system is used both you and the buyer will be in safe hands.

Trades include secure card payment, 24-hour support and an easy-to-use trade flow. All you have to do is ship the item with track & trace within 5 days. We will keep your money from the buyer until you ship the item (7 days from when item is shipped) before releasing the funds to you.

All trade disputes no matter the value of the item will be handled by our dedicated support team. So if the item doesn't show up or isn't as described in the listing we will help you resolve the dispute as quickly as possible.

How does "Buy it now" work?

When a buyer has decided to acquire your item for sale, they will simply tap the "Buy it now" button and pay for the item. The money will then be held until you ship the item and your funds will be released to your wallet.

Is it free to sell?

It is important for us to support the hobby and collecting community.

We are charging one of the lowest fees on the market (5% seller protection fee + €0,18 transaction fee) which helps us cover compensation cases, fraud cases, 365 days support and product development, so you and everyone else in the hobby can trade safely, easily and secure, now and in the future.

Do you apply taxes?

We do not apply sales taxes. And we do not report sales data to any national tax authorities.

Is the marketplace only for EU residents?

Accepted Answer

No. The marketplace is available for all geeks around the world even though we are based in Copenhagen, Denmark.
