Kinder Surprise: Donald & Friends - Scrooge McDuck Mini Figure (Disney, 80s)

Cute, miniature figure that you originally in the german chocolate eggs, Kinder Surprise, back when they were still cool, and filled with genuine surprises, instead of weird puzzles and useless stationery stuff. One question though; why is Uncle Scrooge all blue?! Is he wearing a confederate uniform of something? Condition: Great, and complete! The two eyes are stickers, and will eventually fall off. Underneath, there's a print of his as well though.
