Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Surfer Leo (1994)

Yet another expensive, late-release TMNT figure, that's become very collectible. Not to be mistaken with Surfer Mike from 1990, this figure is definitely reusing the same mold with some extra features. Condition : Good! Has a few scruff marks on paint, but overall very good, close to great.
