The Pink Panther On Rocking Horse PVC Figure (Bully, 1983)

So, it turns out Bully was kind of lazy in the 80s. They had a bunch of different toys they couldn't sell, like planes, cars and this rocking horse, so they would just make a bunch of randomly licensed PVC figures of famous cartoon characters, like Garfield, Disney-characters and the Pink Panther, and shove them onto the vehicles they couldn't get rid off. This is one of those weird figures. Condition : Good!
