Disney: Magica De Spell Collectible Figure (Smarties, 1999)

This little figure was a part of a collectible series, made available through Smarties in select European countries. Fun fact; in Denmark we call her "Hexia De Tricks". But why though?? It's just as convoluted, if not more so! Condition: Good/great.
