Here’s the newly released 3” Lapras figure by Takara Tomy. It’s a really pretty figure with a great sculpt. It also has articulated fins for some reason. There isn’t really much you can do with them 🤷🏽‍♂️ The last image shows Wicked Cool Toys’ version of Lapras for comparison
