Bart Simpson Doll made by Taito from Japan 1991

Bart Simpson Doll made by Taito from Japan 1991. What puzzles me about this Doll is how it says “not for sale” on the tag which usually indicates it is a production sample or prototype... meaning it never hit production, therefor only a few of these could be in existence...but I can not officially confirm that on this piece. I have only ever seen 1 other of these Bart dolls. This Bart Doll is about half size of the regular Bart Simpson Burger King Doll. Taito also made a few dolls in this line.. ( Homer, Marge and Lisa)
