Simpsons Hit & Run license plate

Simpsons Hit & Run license plate. I’m not sure if it was released for a particular reason or whether it was a promotional item but seen as it’s my favourite game I’m glad to be able to add it to the collection. If anyone knows anything about it please let me know 🙂
