Jump Attack Jujitsu Raph(Ninja Action) 1993

His name “jujitsu(柔術)” comes from Japanese martial arts. He has a gimmick that jumps and kicks Foot clan with a spring when the leg is bent (Pic.3), but since my figure’s spring’s extended, he can’t stand on his own unless he leans against the wall. He's also very close to the original Turtles comic design!
