”Deep Star Six” is an entertaining late 80’s scifi/horror thriller that has been mostly forgotten by the bigger audiences. It’s not a very original movie but it delivers a good amount of suspense and tension alongside with some pretty cool practical effects. First hour of the story can be a bit draggy though and the film could’ve used some more action and better scares. Overall ”Deep Star Six” is worth a watch and it would make a fun double bill with another similar movie from the same year, ”Leviathan”😊
