Tonight I watched "The Boy". After seeing the infamously horrible "The Devil Inside", I had very low expectations for director William Brent Bell's latest movie but thankfully "The Boy" is a much better horror film in every way. It stumbles with its narration and some of the scares felt a little cheap but overall it manages to maintain a thrilling atmosphere throughout the experience. This isn't quite yet the redeeming A-class movie for Bell's career but it's definitely a step in the right direction😊
