In the memory of director Umberto Lenzi I watched "Cannibal Ferox". This film may not be Lenzi's best work but it's propably the most widely known film of his career. It delivers some pretty nasty gore and other disturbing imagery but it's clearly imating "Cannibal Holocaust" which makes it feel a little uninspiring at times. Despite the lack of originality, some of the films most gruesome scenes will propably haunt you for a while and that's something you can't experience too often with modern horror flicks😊
