Ghostbuster Fire House (Station) Playset by Kenner

There are 2 playsets that I reeeeeaaaalllly wanted as a Kid; this and the TMNT sewer lair. It never panned out back then, but I was delighted to add this to the collection 2 years ago, with the original box in very nice condition. Due to the recent release of the Kenner re issues, prices have peaked on this beauty. Demanding £100-£150 if in good condition and with all accessories/box. Who had this set as a youngster?
