1943 Lord Elgin Pocket Watch

I got this from my Step Grandfather back in 2002. I had a 17 jewel watch that he had given me and it had broken. He checked his collection and found this watch. He did the research on it and said that it was from 1943. The watch is a wind-up, 21 jewel, masterpiece. I’m so glad that he gave this to me, as he passed away only three years later in 2005. He always loved working with clocks and watches and was very skilled in making and fixing both.
