Roger and his Dalmatian, Pongo, meet Anita and her Dalmatian, Perdita. They fall in love and get married. Pongo and Perdita have 15 puppies. Who are pursued by the fur collector, and designer, Cruella De Vil. She wants the puppies and hires two thugs to get them. They dog-nap the puppies and take them away.
