Tamagotchi (Tamagotchi - Bandai - 1996)

I can’t believe I skipped over this when I was reviewing my LCD games. I had a Tamagotchi back when it was released in France, and even though I wasn’t in the demographic for it, I had a lot of fun. Sure, it is really repetitive but what an exciting moment every time my Tamagotchi evolved. I couldn’t find any FAQ, so I tried my best to grow the best creature ever, but it would fail every time: they only lasted 5 or 6 days. On a desperate attempt, I let my Tamagotchi starving, alone and dirty, and that’s when it evolved in some kind of Roswell Little Grey-looking creature that lasted for 21 days!
