Jason Shepherd, who is a habitual liar, writes a school essay and, just happens to have a chance encounter with a Hollywood Producer while trying to get to his school to deliver the paper. But, he accidentally leaves his paper with the producer, who turns it into a major motion picture. And, shockingly, doesn't give Jason any credit. So he sets off to Los Angeles to try and get his credit. Having hilarious results along the way.
