This poster was given to those who attended Star Wars Celebration Orlando and were fortunate enough to get into the 40th Anniversary Panel. I'm honestly surprised that I was able to get one as this was the most anticipated panel for the entire convention. It was scheduled to begin at 11 AM on Thursday, April 13th. Most who were in attendance that wanted to get into the panel spent the night in the convention center, sleeping on the floor in order to secure their spot in line. I did not choose to do that. I got into the convention center around 7 AM that day and surprisingly enough, there were still wristbands available for the panel. I immediately got in line for it. The wait wasn't that bad as I got to meet some interesting people. Around 10, they started to guide us into the room. Unfortunately, I did not get to the convention center early enough to get into the room where the panel was taking place, but I was in one of the overflow rooms. The panel was amazing. All the surviving stars from the original trilogy were there. The building literally shook when they announced George Lucas. They showed a tribute to Carrie Fisher that left everyone in tears. And, just when they had finished the interviews, a curtain rose up and John Williams conducted a live orchestra. Of course, since we had just recomposed ourselves after the Carrie Fisher tribute, he played Princess Leia's theme and that got everyone teary-eyed again. He then went into the main theme and the building literally shook again. After the whole thing was over, they announced that all attendees would be receiving this poster. It is numbered 5662 of 8000. By far, it's one of my favorite pieces of Star Wars Memorabilia that I own.
