Just finished watching "Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers" Unrated Producer's Cut. I've seen the original theatrical cut of this film several times but this was my first viewing of this alternative version. Eventhough it makes more sense than the theatrical cut and the pacing is a lot better, it unfortunately doesn't make this a good movie. The story is a mess and it feels very inconsistent and poorly balanced throughout the film. The first act is pretty enjoyable though and there's a few entertaining moments near the finale also. Too bad the ending itself is a little unrewarding. If you really need to see the sixth instalment of this horror saga I recommend watching the Producer's Cut. It's still a bad movie but at least a bit more coherent than the theatrical version😊 Just utolsó nézésre a "Halloween: The Curse of Michael Myers" Unrated Producer's Cut. Többször láttam már ennek a filmnek a hivatalos mozis változatát, de ez volt az első nézői verzióm ebből az alternatív változatból. Bár sokkal érthetőbb, mint a mozis verzió, és a tempó is sokkal jobb, sajnos ez nem teszi jó filmmé. A történet egy rakás kaotikus és nagyon inkonzisztens, a film során gyengén balanszírozott érzetet ad. Az első felvonás viszonylag élvezetes, és a finálé környékén is akadnak szórakoztató pillanatok. Kár, hogy maga a befejezés kicsit nem kifejezetten kielégítő. Ha igazán látni akarod ennek a horror saga hatodik darabját, ajánlom a Producer's Cut megtekintését. Még mindig gyenge film, de legalább valamivel koherensebb, mint a mozis verzió 😊
