Tonight I watched "Rampage". Back in 2003 when I first saw "House of the Dead" it felt impossible for Uwe Boll to make even a half-decent movie but amazingly he has proven me wrong a few times and "Rampage" is one of those occasions. It's a brutal action drama with a very dark and controversial take on its story that'll propably cause discomfort in some viewers. Visually it's a bit rough around the edges and the plotline is highly simplistic but it works surprisingly well as a nihilistic revenge fantasy. I wouldn't call "Rampage" a great movie but it's definitely worth checking out. I do think Boll's "Assault on Wall Street" is a better film with a very similar idea😊
