Pricing & Fees

For buyers

You pay the listed item price plus the seller's shipping rate. Every purchase is covered by Golisto buyer protection — if an item doesn't arrive or isn't as described, you get a full refund.

For sellers

Listing items, sending offers, and replying to messages is free. Golisto charges a selling fee of 5% of the final sale price plus 1 EUR, only when an item sells. No monthly fees or listing fees.

Payments & payouts

Payments are processed through Stripe. Buyers can pay with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, MobilePay, or Klarna. Once a sale is paid, the seller ships with tracking and funds are scheduled for release 1 day after shipment to the connected payout account.

Taxes

Golisto does not add VAT on top of seller fees for private sellers. Business accounts may be subject to different rules — please reach out at support@golisto.com if you sell as a registered business.

Is it free to list?

Yes. Listing is always free. You only pay a fee when your item sells.

How much does it cost to sell?

Buyer protection covers item-not-received and significantly-not-as-described disputes. When a refund is approved through our resolution flow, the order fees are refunded too — buyers and sellers are made whole.
