Ravensburger launched Lorcana in 2023 with a deceptively simple pitch: Disney characters, painted in a house style nobody had used for them before, in a card game built for people who had drifted away from the hobby. The first print run vanished, and the reprints did too.

It is the youngest game on this shelf by three decades, which makes it the one where a sealed booster still means something. Early First Chapter cards are the ones collectors ask after.
