For me, that is the best racing game on Game Boy. I bought it back in the days on its good reputation on PlayStation. I like to buy me some racing game from time to time, I dig the arcade vibe of just racing on a track just for a few minutes. The game is fun, driving is not too easy nor frustrating, graphics are amazing, with detailed car models and a fantastic animation, using the scaling effect to the maximum of its potential. Not only you steer left and right, but there is also some relief around as well. That really give V-Rally some welcomed diversity in its tracks. The general presentation is also carefully designed and overall, and even if the game lacks a 2 player mode, V-Rally is a strong addition in anyone’s collection.
