I did not want to post this item because it is an attachment of sorts. Simply put it is an accessory and in my mind it is not complete without the body. The body (which I do not have) is a drum machine (Ele-Conga) that attaches to this Autoplayer. The Autoplayer plays tunes that otherwise you would have to enter manually on the Ele-Conga. What sparked this idea was a conversation @nintendotoycollectors and I had last night. I showed him the accessory and he thought it was a crazy idea! (As most of Nintendo’s beginnings were.) We spoke about how without these crazy ideas (cards/games and electronic toys) Nintendo would not have eventually partnered with Magnavox to make the Odyssey (Pong). Later on taking what they learned and immersing themselves into the Color TV game series. Basically home consoles that would lead to the development of the Nintendo Famicom/NES. This as you all know would provide the blueprint that would ultimately lead to the Switch Lite! So I thought why not?! We post accessories all the time from GBA adapters to Gameboy cameras to controllers. Without further ado Nintendo Autoplayer 1972. The Autoplayer is a player for a drum machine. It comes with 18 record like discs. 10 of which are customizable with the included hole puncher. 8 have pre punched holes with different rhythms like rhumba, samba etc. Turn the knob slow and steady so the holes can pass through the contact points to produce sounds! Think of this as a music box. Peep the beautiful metallic finish!! If anyone has an Ele-Conga they would like to part with please DM me. Thanks!!
