HALLOWEEN 78 - SYNOPSIS T-SHIRT - l

If you were to write a very short synopsis for Halloween from 1978, it could actually be: Michael Myers is back. Laurie Strode is having a really bad night. Haddonfield should start locking the doors. The synopsis motif plays with the classic horror film narrative and the whole mood around The Shape, who doesn’t need to run, shout, or do a lot to be unsettling. He just goes. And yet he is always about three meters closer the next time the camera cuts. A Halloween T-shirt for fans of John Carpenter’s original, classic slasher-horror and the film that taught us that babysitting can have surprisingly bad working conditions. Warning: When Michael Myers “comes home,” skip the welcome party.
