Tonight I rewatched ”Speed 2: Cruise Control”. Disappointing sequel for one of the best action thrillers of all time. Eventhough it delivers some pretty entertaining big-scale action scenes it doesen’t feel nearly as compelling or intense as the original film and it’s also at least 20 minutes too long. ”Speed 2” is widely disliked by the fans of the original and some of the hate can get a bit unjustified as it’s not the worst movie of all time but as a sequel it’s definitely a failure😊
