Hey everyone! Happy Sunday to you all, I hope you’re all having a killer day. As I was out on one of my extremely rare shopping runs today (I’ve been averaging once every two weeks or so), I just had to pick up the brand spanking new Mortal Kombat animated feature. I grew up playing Mortal Kombat, quite literally from the beginning through every single game released in the franchise, for better or worse. Naturally, I’m a massive fan of the original two live action films, the original for it being a legitimately epic adaptation, and Annihilation for being one of the best terrible movies of all time, with it’s Saturday morning cartoon lunacy. I can’t wait to see how this animated feature treats the material, as I’ve heard a lot of great things from franchise fans. I think I may have to finally pick up those Legacy films as well, I’ve been lagging on those for like 7 years 😂 Any other Mortal Kombat fans? Are you excited for Mortal Kombat Aftermath? I for one am most excited to be able to bring to life yet another classic 90’s showdown, freaking Robocop versus The Terminator. After giving us the classic Alien VS Predator in MKX, they’re just showing off how 😂🤘😎
