Hey all! Just a little turtle appreciation post, for no reason other than the fact that I felt like it! I’ve got a little work project this evening in a few hours, so I’ve decided to relax and revisit the original 1990 classic. That’s right, I said it, classic! For any 90’s kid, there is no other definition for it. Secret of the Ooze takes the Robocop 2 approach and just brings everything up to 11, and the underrated but objectively terrible Turtles In Time will always be one of the best Saturday morning cartoon tinged live action films ever! As for the remainder of the franchise, TMNT and the pair of reboot films while flawed, also had a lot to love, and I’m sad there are no current plans for anything more.
