It is these rumors that the young journalist Josh Pollack (Justin Timberlake) is investigating. His boss, veteran Moses Ashford (Morgan Freeman), is not inclined to take the risk of challenging the city’s power elite. Instead, he fires Pollack, but changes his mind when a brutal do-it-yourself assault sends the young journalist and his girlfriend to the hospital. Ashford and Pollack join forces with detective Levon Wallace (Kevin Spacey) to expose the criminals who hide behind political labels. They know it’s a deadly task - and it is confirmed when their sole witness is cold-bloodedly murdered. Region code 2 Edition Running time in minutes 97 Production year 2005
