Pearl Harbor

- This item is used Description It is early Sunday morning, December 7, 1941, when the Japanese Zero fighters at low altitude skim over Hawaii’s coast. The destination is Pearl Harbor and the goal is to sink the American Pacific Fleet. The surprise is total as the planes, with devastating force, attack the half-awakened fleet, and in a few minutes the idyll is transformed into a burning and exploding inferno. Desperately, pilots and childhood friends Rafe McCawley and Danny Walker try to get their planes into the air to go on the offensive. Just as desperately, nurse Evelyn Stewart, whom they both love, tries to save all the injured—while a new attack comes in with full force... JERRY BRUCKHEIMER and MICHAEL BAY (Armageddon, The Rock, etc.) return with an epic depiction of a catastrophic defeat, heroic courage, and overwhelming love with war as a terrifying backdrop. The films are filled with action and fantastic special effects, and in the cast we find Oscar-winning BEN AFFLECK, CUBA GOODING, JR., and JON VOIGHT, as well as new stars like KATE BECKINSALE and JOSH HARTNETT.
