Police Academy 3: Back to the Institution

- This item is used Description THE FRANKLY LONG-AND-LAUGHSOME POLICE ACADEMY CONTINUES! The amateurish, bumbling, and clumsy running gagsters "Keep going in the same vein with a lot of good and silly humor" (Vincent Canby, The New York Times) are here in their third hilarious film. Due to an authorization crisis, only one of the state's two police academies can survive, so a race begins to show which academy can avoid closure by training the best police officers. So Mahoney (Steven Guttenberg), Hightower (Buba Smith), Tackleberry (David Graf), Jones (Michael Winslow), Hooks (Marion Ramsey) and Callahan (Leslie Easterbrook) — under the leadership of the perpetually groggy Inspector Lassard (George Gaynes) — really pull out all the stops to defend their school. You have the right to remain silent — but you end up laughing out loud. Region Code 2 Edition Running time in minutes 80 Year of Production 1986
