Nico: Above the law

- This item is used Description Chicago-based enforcer Nico Toscani (Steven Seagal) is on the trail of something big. Suspects believed to have been taken during drug busts escape further questioning. And Nico is asked to hand over his badge. He may no longer be in service - but certainly still in the spotlight. Steven Seagal makes his sensational film debut here as Nico, delivering a hard-hitting performance that places him among the era's biggest action stars, as he is tracked by former CIA agents who smuggle drugs... and plan a political assassination. Director Andrew Davis (The Fugitive, Breakout at sea) lets hell break loose over the metropolis when Nico and his partner Jax (Pam Grier) come across a psychotic crime boss (Henry Silva). Throughout the entire film Seagal is “a deadly one-man army” (Pat Collins, WWOR-TV/New York). Region Code Edition Running time in minutes 94 Year of production 1988
