Superman Returns

- This item is used Description HE IS BACK! A whole new millennium superhero. And it was down to the wire, because a lot has happened on Earth in the 5 years (which felt much longer for movie fans) since Superman visited his home planet. The world has moved on without him. Lois Lane is now engaged, has both a son and a Pulitzer Prize for "Why the World Doesn't Need Superman." And Lex Luthor has a plan that will cost millions - no billions - of human lives. Filmmaker Bryan Singer (X-Men, X2) gives us the Superman we want. He preserves our beloved legend while giving it a strong new twist. Brandon Routh is perfect in the superhero's red cape, and he leads a star-studded cast including Kate Bosworth as Lois and Kevin Spacey as Lex. The film's action scenes—from sky-high brawls with a crashing jumbo jet to the final showdown that shakes continents—give the word "Wow" a whole new meaning! "I'm always right nearby," Superman tells Lois. And we are all glad for that. Region code 2 Edition Run time in minutes 147 Production year 2006
