But David is far from proud of his unemployed father who, after a career as a top league player, has now been demoted to life’s second team. Unfortunately for David, his father is offered to coach the boys’ team where David plays, as their regular coach – the dictator Lennart – is poached by the archrivals in Brøndby. David and the other boys are not comfortable with the new situation, and it gets even worse when Torben lashes out at the opposing coach during the first match and ends up in the hospital himself. But sometimes life resembles a football match: you have to believe in yourself when no one else does. Region code 2 Edition Widescreen Running time in minutes 80 Year of production 2005
